As the name suggests, individual therapy is all about you as an individual. You work with a trained counselor in one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting. Therapy sessions typically last 45 – 60 minutes. The frequency of appointments will depend on your specific treatment plan. Regular attendance is strongly recommended for the fastest path to fulfillment.
